I have been involved in real estate and development throughout my life. Raised in a family of real estate brokers, and always interested in good design and planning, I have participated as both principal and Project Director of several multi-million dollar resorts and developments all over the west, and even in Thailand.
Along the way, I became a fellow of the Leadership Institute, studying community planning, housing, and land use, as well as more obscure topics like alternative energy, water quality, and the always popular, waste management. Currently studying with the New York Institute of Art and Design to help clients with staging and other design issues.
I believe SERVICE to my clients is the most important goal, going above and beyond to help their realization of their dreams. My policy is to be always available, returning all calls within an hour or two at the most. An entrepreneur at heart, I understand the importance of reliability and honestly in all my dealings. After all, for most of us, our home is our most important asset.
At the same time, my curiosity and genuine care for my clients leads me to a deeper understanding of my clients needs and dreams, while providing the resources to realize them practical and otherwise. My services go beyond Real Estate. I help folks new to town getting involved in activities and social events that will help them to feel at home in our community. I love this community and its incredible natural beauty is infectious. Its no wonder most of my clients become friends.
