I have been involved in the construction and real estate industry since 1982. In my early career after obtaining my business degree. I began as a property manager in Reseda, California at a high profile office and retail center.

I then met my husband and we soon opened our own construction company. We completed many projects such as Santa Fe Art Colony, Beverly Hills Hotel Remodel, San Francisco's Japanese Cultural Center Remodel, extensive rebuild of the 1994 earthquake, new construction for many clients including Gabor Csupo. Producer of the The Simpsons.

In 2003 I went to work for Centex Homes where I was hired to create and manage a new department dealing with change orders. It was my responsibility to create procedures to tie any contract additions to the general ledger. Develop processes and forms, and to develop curriculum to train field personnel, and put that training into practice. In 2005 Centex shut its doors due to the recession.

It was at that time that I decided it was time to go back to school to get my real estate license, and I have never looked back. I love what I do, and enjoy helping people find their perfect home.
