Jim Olson has been listing and selling residential real estate in the central Contra Costa and Alameda counties since 2000. He is known as a Realtor that takes the time to listen and understand what his clients want and expect. Working with first time buyers or down-sizing seniors, Jim consistently receives words of appreciation from his clients.
Jim is a life long resident of the Walnut Creek area and attended Las Lomas High School where he and his twin brother participated in school athletics. Jim was the first Athlete of the Year at Las Lomas in 1971 where he excelled in football, baseball and track. Jim is now an avid golfer and aspiring wine maker.
Prior to Jims entrance to real estate sales, he was an information technology consultant for 28 years designing, developing and implementing large data warehousing systems for many Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, AT&T and Kaiser Permanente.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis.
