Suzanne was raised in the east county by her mother who worked in administration for Mercy Hospital, her father an officer for the SDPD, and her grandmother who was a Nurse at Mercy. She spent her 20s residing in the coastal cities, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Point Loma and La Jolla.
She owned and operated a Graphic Sign Company in her 30s while mainly dedicating her attention to her children serving as volunteer at their schools and managing sport activities minivan and all!
She then became certified in Graphic Design and utilizes it today in Marketing her clients homes. Suzanne began as an agent selling Mobile and Manufactured homes to get her feet wet, then decided to dive in to Real Estate, now that both her children are teenagers (13 & 19).
Suzanne savors the accomplishments of assisting her buying clients in finding that perfect home and in assisting her selling clients in the sale of their home, enabling all involved to start that next chapter in their lives.
In her spare time Suzanne enjoys her family, her dog Jack, music, movies and writing.
Suzanne is a 4th generation Native San Diegan whose great grandmother Beatrice Andrea Esparza was born in the Roma Hotel in the Historic Gaslamp Quarters of which her father owned and his brothers would occasionally gamble with the likes of Wyatt Earp. Now thats San Diego roots!
