David Valva is the grandson of the founder of the Valva Realty Company, Michele Valva, and the only son of Bob Valva, who headed the company for some 50 years with his brother Bill.
Although born into the business, David has built his own sterling reputation. An extremely active agent in the Bay Area for more than 30 years, he is known as Mr. Oakland for good reason: he knows every path, lane, street, boulevard and block of the city.
Knowledgeable and friendly, David takes the meaning of a full-service to a new level. Long after he represents a client, he stays in touch, providing them with an invaluable source for information.
