Ashley Day was born and raised in San Diego. Coming from a family in the real estate industry, she began working at Realty Executives Dillon at age 16. She moved her way up from Admin Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to Transaction Coordinator and Real Estate Executive. By age 21, she had also earned her B.A. in Fashion Design at The Art Institute of California San Diego, where she graduated in the top of her class. With knowledge of SoCal real estate and design, she has the perfect understanding of and appreciation for the California way of life.
Her success is the relationships and friendships she builds with her clients. She treats each home as her own and her clients like family. She employs her expertise not only in real estate, but also her passion for artistry and design in preparing a property for the marketplace.
With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Ashley's love for real estate and negotiation led her to thrive in the real estate world. As a San Diego native who has lived here all his life, Derek Day is very familiar with the city. Coming from a military family, he learned to always take pride in all he can do and manage on his own.
Derek began his real estate career as Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator when he joined forces with his wife, Ashley, at Realty Executives Dillon. His attention to detail and client satisfaction have become second-to-none. His outgoing personality combined with an unparalleled commitment to service quickly places him amongst the best and brightest.
Derek prides himself on his long-term relationships with his clients and friends. He values their trust and friendship above all else. Moments outside the office are usually spent at the beach and at home, where he is a doting husband to his wife, 2 kids and dog.
