Born & raised in Southern California; Luke is a rare So Cal native! Before his career in real estate, Luke worked in the retail and wholesale fashion industry. Working as a liaison between titans of the industry like Coach, Kenneth Cole, Nautica, Macys, Bloomingdales; Luke honed his negotiating skills while maintaining the hard-earned trust of executives on both sides of the wholesale - retail relationship.

Luke earned a reputation for being reliable and for having the ability to quickly & concisely resolve complex issues that often cloud intricate negotiations. His no nonsense approach to arriving at mutually beneficial results quickly landed him in a director level position.

PSA - The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance REALTORS skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

ePRO - NAR's e-PRO certification program helps REALTORS master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO certification, REALTORS increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.

SFR - The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification is for REALTORS who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
