ABOUT JEFF
With an MBA and twelve years of consumer marketing experience with companies such as Colgate Palmolive, Nestle and Warner Brothers, Jeff knows what sells. He's applied this marketing expertise to buying, renovating and selling homes, enjoying average annual residential real estate sales in excess of 18 million during his tenure with Sotheby's International Realty in Pasadena, California (2001-2010).Jeff now specializes in residential real estate sales in Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place and Gig Harbor, Washington and prides himself on delivering highly personalized service, working with a limited number of clients at one time. Jeff takes the time to make sure he understands his client's wants and needs, providing each with a customized plan to buy or sell their home. Importantly, clients are never delegated to an assistant. Jeff has been buying, renovating and selling historic homes since 1993 (a total of 55 and counting) and he's passionate about the restoration of classic architecture. Jeff has been purchasing historic properties in Tacoma since 2005 and currently owns two in the North End. ABOUT MARK
After seven years as a successful sales agent with Sotheby's International Realty in Los Angeles, Mark relocated to the South Sound in 2010. Mark covers a wide range of neighborhoods and price points including Tacoma, University Place and Gig Harbor. Approximately two-thirds of Mark's clients have been referred to him by past clients and many are first time home buyers. The counseling skills that Mark honed prior to his career in real estate have served him well as a sales agent, enabling him to gently but effectively orient buyers and sellers to the increasingly complex housing marketplace. Mark provides his clients with invaluable guidance, helping them to prioritize their wants and needs and, importantly, helping them to distinguish between the two. Mark's writing skills have also proved useful, greatly enhancing the marketing materials that he generates for his listings. Marked earned a B.A. in English from Wesleyan University and an M.S. in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. He currently serves on the board of trustees for Vashon Center for the Arts. Past board and committee service includes Tacoma Arts Live, the Pierce County Library Foundation, the University of Washington Tacoma and the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation.
