Obtained my real estate license in 1989. I have worked at a variety of companies including small independent firms, and large national organizations. My firm, Ascent Real Estate, offers a market leader presence in Metro San Diego with the personal touch and respect of the smaller local firms. I have personally completed hundreds of transactions and have extensive negotiation experience in foreclosure sales, short sales, FHA/VA, and seller financing options.
