I began my real estate experience as an investor in 2003 where I acquired a love for the industry. In 2006, I became a full time licensed Realtor and I have never looked back. I have been a top producer since 2007 and felt a natural fit for the industry. My past experience as a CPA has also been a perfect compliment to my real estate career. I see the dynamics of the marketplace from a unique perspective and understand how it affects valuation.
