Richie was born in rural Virginia and grew up fishing and exploring in the several states he lived in as a child including Virginia, Texas and Northern California. This childhood gave Richie a true love for the outdoors.
Richie settled down in Southern California at the age of 15 and went to high school and college in Irvine. He was in retail management for six years and then at the age of 24 he jumped into real estate with both feet.
Now with over a decade of experience Richie has helped hundreds of families and investors realize their dreams through his vast knowledge of the real estate market and his superb negotiating skills. Richie's down-to-earth and relaxed personality connects well with those people who are not comfortable with high pressure sales.
As a husband and father of two elementary school children, Richie appreciates the value of a home where people can thrive. The relationships and trust he builds with his clients are at the heart of Richie's referral based business model and in 2018 75% of his business was either referrals or past clients. He may be coaching a baseball team or fishing off Dana Point harbor but if he is in range Richie always answers his phone.
