My husband, Shields Richardson and I are the Owners / Managers of Mammoth Village Properties located in The Village of Mammoth. The Brokerage was originally founded when Intrawest Development the master project developer completed the construction of The Westin Monache. Since then we have expanded the Brokerage to serve all of the Eastern Sierra - lots, commercial, residential, fractional, and condos.
Personally I grew up in Pacific Palisades, attended World Campus Afloat and USC. Raised three daughters in Rancho Santa Fe, and founded Coast Volleyball club in San Diego before moving to the Sierras. I have lived in Mammoth for the last 20 years full time, enjoying my three horses, golf, hiking, skiing and all the outdoor activities here.
