Jim is the Founder, President, and Broker of Amen Real Estate (DRE 01841461 | Corp 01861586); a boutique Brokerage that does residential, multifamily, commercial leasing, commercial sales, and business brokering. He started as an appraiser in 2004 and became a Broker in 2008. As a Broker, Jim is committed to providing education and information with new and experienced agents to help our community be the most knowledgeable we can be. He recently created Amen Bootcamp to offer workouts to help the agent community educate themselves.

Jim comes from a large Lebanese family who all live in Southern California and run an independent chain of grocery stores. He attended Sacramento State and stayed in the region after graduation. Jim had a mentor who brought me into his real estate appraisal business which helped him become an expert at understanding home values.

His fianc Megan and Jim own a home in East Sacramento with their dog, Finn. Megan recently got her real estate license so they are growing their business together.
