Specializing in new home sales for the last 25 years and currently representing Froehlich Signature Homes, a local Bakersfield builder since 1987. This has allowed me the opportunity to assist so many people over the years to find their dream home. Currently holding the prestigious designations: Master in Residential Marketing(MIRM), Certified Marketing Professional(CMP) and New Home Sales Professional from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This specialized education has giving me the additional knowledge to assist my clients on a higher level with extensive knowledge on the market trends, forecasts, interior design, home staging, remodeling, construction and market research. I feel very fortunate to be able to continue to provide my epertise to the Bakersfield community.
