I share over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, negotiating, and relationship building. My business philosophy is quite simple. I believe in listening to my clients and providing them with the best customer service imaginable. I care very much for the people I work with and I pride myself on always going the extra mile. With my passion for real estate as well as my strong work ethic and product knowledge, I provide my clients with a very positive home buying and selling experience.
I grew up in southern California. My mom was a successful real estate agent for twenty-five years while raising three kids. I witnessed the joy that homeownership brought to people and when I became a Realtor, raising my own kids, I like to think it was because real estate chose me. I love people from all walks of life and especially love working with families who are raising kids because I understand their needs and can relate to what they are looking for and why.
I love selling homes in the Southeast Metro Denver area because it is where I have raised my own kids. There are many neighborhoods that offer incredible opportunities for families. I have been a Homestead in the Willows resident for 22 years. I love working with my neighbors and it brings me so much joy to bring a new family into this amazing neighborhood. My kids have played lacrosse, baseball, and swam on the neighborhood teams. They have attended the neighborhood schools and I know what a close-knit neighborhood this is. I enjoy sharing my personal experiences and expertise with prospective families looking to invest in a home here and I love that my neighbors count on me for the most current market information in Homestead in the Willows.
I have been a Realtor for nearly a decade so Ive had the greatest pleasure of working with clients a second and third time, many of whom have raised their kids and are looking for a place to downsize. It is an exciting new journey and satisfying to be helping people to move to the next phase of their lives.
