Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kenny Anderson (aka...Bud. )Im a licensed REALTOR with over 20 years experience in home remodeling, building and residential real estate. Owning a remodeling business has allowed me the experience of knowing homes inside and out, literally. My work ethic is Positive, Trustworthy, Dedicated and Dependable. It began in 1993 with my service in the United States Coast Guard, serving on both coasts. Point Judith Search and Rescue Rhode Island and then to Alameda California. After my service was over I immediately went into the trades and was soon licensed as a journeyman plumber. I held that license in California, Wyoming and Colorado. That led me into working with builders which led me into opening my own remodel business in 2013. As a child with a military father (Air Force), I grew up living abroad and experienced life all around the world which taught me that I can adapt. Northern Colorado was my fathers home growing up and has always been where our family first planted roots. We have always called it "Home base". While helping clients remodel their homes, I came to see what home really can mean. Becoming a REALTOR has been a gradual evolution and a process that all began in the trades. I have loved remodeling homes over the years and now assist clients with growing their financial wealth with homeownership. Im eager to help my clients realize their own homeownership goals, as they build their lives in the community we all call home. My mantra is Create the life you deserve.
