Grew up on the banks of the Arkansas River in Nathrop, Colorado. He learned of and enjoyed all the Valley had to offer and realized this was a special place. Hiking to the high lakes in the wilderness areas and fishing for the Greenback Cut-throat trout is one of my favorite things to do.
There is nothing else like it. The feel of being totally separated from civilization. The peace and tranquility the wilderness has to offer. I recommend people to experience that.
