Bill and his wife Pam live in Monument, Colorado where they raised their five wonderful children: Lauren and Lindsay graduates of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Erika a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Natalie a graduate of Colorado State University, and Luke who is a supervisor for a local luxury home builder. The family enjoys a multitude of sports and activities including camping, hiking, and skiing/snowboarding.
Bill earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1983. He also enjoyed playing Rugby there all 4 years and captained the club in his senior year. He has received advanced training in real estate becoming a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and GRI, and he is constantly expanding his education.
