Real Estate as a profession: I have sold real estate for the last 6 years working as a Broker Associate representing both buyers and sellers. I enjoy selling and buying homes all over the Denver area. I have knowledge selling all types of properties: single family homes, town homes condos and mountain homes. Personal facts: I have lived in Denver for the past 11 years. I grew up in Kansas for the majority of my life, lived in Texas for 6 years and then moved to Denver. I enjoy spending time with my husband Jim, 10 year old twins Maverick and Madelynn, and our Boston Terrier, Waylon. I am currently the PTO president for Lenski Elementary School and the Swim Team Parent Rep for the Heritage Greens Gators. I have been successful in fundraising for Lois Lenski Elementary School, the Heritage Greens Gator Swim Team, Assistance League of Austin, and Gamma Phi Beta. My fundraising efforts have been focused on children and young adults in providing an education that will bring success and joy to their future. I enjoy walking, tennis, golf, reading, Broncos football and cheering on Madelynn and Maverick in both school and sports.Working for Sellers/Buyers: Both buyers and sellers benefit from my market knowledge, network of clients, and negotiation skills. With an innovative approach to marketing and problem solving, challenges are easily met. My goal is to ensure a smooth and successful experience throughout the entire transaction. 95% of my business is generated from referrals.
