Dave moved to the Vail Valley in the early 90s from Tucson, Arizona, where he served as a corporate manager for Sheraton & ITT at The El Conquistador, a premier golf & tennis resort. In 93' he earned a brokers license and began a career in resort real estate.

As a working/playing resident within Beaver Creek's village since 1991, Dave has experienced first-hand the major developments of the three sister resorts: Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. He has enjoyed world-class sporting events, the finest in entertainment & gourmet dinning and many episodes of chest-deep powder in Royal Elk Glades! You could not find a better person to introduce you to the mountains or to the villages of the area. With past college years spent in Europe, and much of that time climbing and skiing in the Alps, Dave feels very much at home in Beaver Creek."Where western hospitality meets European charm!" You'll find Dave's love & affection for the entire valley overly contagious. Without debate, Dave's expertise is primarily with Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowheadand other enclaves of the second home market found around the Vail Valley. Although a concentration is placed on vacation homes, Dave glows with satisfaction when assisting one of his many local friends in finding their dream of homeownership.

Years of leadership within the hospitality industry have allowed Dave a special focus that sets him apart from others; this is his work ethic and drive to provide the best possible service for his clients! This goal is not central to locating a perfect residence then negotiating an agreement, but to follow-up after a transaction and ensure customer satisfaction.
