Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties in WINTER PARK

Growing up in Colorado, there was never a shortage of outdoor activities to do in the High Country, but I always found the drive to be a bit repetitive, though the constantly changing views never got old. After growing up in Boulder, I decided to venture out and moved to the mountain town of Steamboat Springs. After studying at Colorado Mountain College there and living in the mountains for a year, I made the life decision to eventually move to the mountains. It was time to get serious, finish my degree in business at CU Boulder and then do just that.

The beginning of a new chapter is always fun, especially when it's a goal. The main reason for being in the mountains is to be outside. I enjoy golfing at any of Grand County's four golf courses, skiing the slopes of Winter Park, and hiking the Continental Divide, to name a few. Another great benefit of the Grand County is the proximity to Denver, roughly 75 minutes. Along with being outdoors, spending time with family is important to me, as my family resides in Arvada, just outside of Denver.

My goal is to help your dreams become a reality, whether it be time to add a second home in the mountains or begin a new chapter here in Grand County. When you're ready to make the move and either Buy or Sell your home, put my experience in Grand County and Winter Park to work for you!
