Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Sin is well acquainted with the area. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During her college years Sin also studied abroad at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. While attending CU Sin worked at Premier Mortgage Group, was a ski instructor at Copper Mountain and coached soccer for her old soccer club Boulder Nova (now FC Boulder).
After graduating Sin was selected for an internship with the United States Ski and Snowboard Association in Park City, Utah. She worked with the Special Events and Foundation team helping organize events, working with the board of trustees and athletes, and planning for the Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014.
Sin is an active ambassador and the current Chair-Elect of YPN at BARA (Young Professionals Network at Boulder Area Realtor Association). She heads up the Smart Money Smart Moves Program which is a program that helps educate high school students about renting properties as they move on to the next chapter in life.
In 2015 Sian was the youngest of four recipients that received the Presidents Award from the Boulder Area Realtors Association for her exceptional service to the association.
Sian is also the co-founder of the networking group Boulder Leading Ladies (BLL). Which brings young, career driven professionals together to build successful relationships and set a standard for excellence within the community through educational, philanthropic, and social events.
In 2016 Sian was honored to join the board of directors for the YWCA-Boulder (You, Women, Children, All of us).
She enjoys being a part of the Boulder community and sharing her knowledge about the area she grew up in. She volunteers at the Boulder Homeless Shelter on a monthly basis. You can always find Sin running in the Bolder Boulder come Memorial Day. During her free time Sin enjoys skiing, running, playing on her rec sports teams, playing and coaching soccer, ski instructing, traveling, hanging out with family and friends and supporting her University of Colorado Buffaloes at sporting events.
Sian loves working with Buyers and Sellers in the Boulder and Denver areas.
