Joan Sneddon-Ashurst was born in Mount Kisco, New York; just outside of New York City. She spent most of her growing up years studying and going to school on Long Island, New York. Joan made her way to Colorado in 1989 by way of San Diego, California. Growing up with three brothers, Joan learned a lot about the building and Real Estate development industry from her father who is a Land Developer and Builder. Joan's brother is a home builder as well.

Along the way, Joan spent over twenty years as a manager in the home improvement sector of the real estate industry. In 2016 when the opportunity came available to join a great company and become a licensed agent, Joan jumped at the chance.

Joan and her family have a great reputation in Western Colorado. A family or individual looking for a qualified and compassionate agent would do well to find her. Her motto is "Never stop dreaming."
