Mona Bellantonio was born in Buena Vista and has lived in the area her entire life. She comes from a pioneer family who homesteaded just outside of the town in the 1860s.
She and her husband raised two daughters who are now married and have children. Interacting with her young grandsons is Monas favorite activity.
In 1993, Mona graduated from Jones Real Estate College and has been successfully assisting buyers and sellers in the Chaffee County area since. Her accrediations include: MRE (Masters in Real Estate), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)).

She was a board member of Chaffee County Planning and Zoning from 2000-2004, served for 4 years on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce, was a member of the ambassador group The Mountaineers from 1997-2017 and has been a member of the BV Optimists Club since 2004. Additionally, Mona was a board member of the Chaffee County Board of Realtors for 12 years and served as President for 2 years. she was honored as Chaffee Countys Realtor of the Year in 2000 and 2011.
