I was born and raised in Colorado, a second generation REALTOR, and fourth generation real estate investor. I was raised in the real estate industry, and I have been an investor and property manager for over 13 years, specializing in residential and multi-family. I have a passion for working with investors to fill their portfolios with quality investments. My knowledge can help investors and home buyers to achieve their goals and learn how and why real estate is such a great investment short or long term.When it comes to sellers I always strive to achieve the best results possible, showing them the ins and outs of getting top dollar for their home in any type of market. I was awarded the prestigious Rising Star Award from CENTURY 21 Dinkel & Associates, in Thornton Colorado, and I continued to receive top producer awards each year I was there. I moved to Real Estate of the Rockies in 2007, which was then purchased by Prudential in 2008. With the ever changing market, I decided it was time I opened up my own office, A Perfect Location Realty. And today I continue to build my growing business by referral. I am a full-time agent and consistently a million dollar producer. In 2010 I was elected to, and honored to join the board of directors for the North Metro Association of REALTORS. I work with accomplished agents and network with the top companies and influential people in the industry. As a local real estate expert with in depth knowledge of the Denver and surrounding communities, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.
