Bill Davis lives works and plays in Colorados foothills and mountains and has extensive knowledge of areas throughout Jefferson, Summit, Park, and Saguache Counties. Bill spent 21 years building custom residential mountain homes in Summit and Park counties. His vast experience with the circumstances presented in the high altitude climate, as well as guiding both local residents and out of town 2nd homeowners through the process of home construction has given him a unique and helpful perspective on mountain properties. He has also worked side by side with ranchers and farmers developing and maintaining the resources of properties, developing and maintaining water rights, and improving facilities for cattle management and grazing.
An avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoys horses, hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, and being out with his Labradors. He is also active in his community, volunteering with the American Red Cross, and on advisory boards within the Town of Fairplay, and various HOAs.
