First licensed in 2005, David's real estate experience is broad and diverse. As a CU student, he managed rental properties in Boulder's near-campus neighborhoods of Wimbledon and East Aurora. Following hurricanes Katrina and Rita, David worked as a FEMA housing inspector and has overseen multiple renovation and remodeling projects, giving him a solid grasp home structural and mechanical systems. He has extensive hands-on experience in investment property acquisition, 1031 tax-deferred exchange and management strategies. He also has years of experience in the mortgage industry in loan processing, underwriting, bank-owned asset management, loan modification and homeowner advocacy.

David puts his unique and diverse background to work to better serve his clients. He is familiar with a wide range of markets and has helped clients from Loveland to Littleton, Nederland to Brighton. David views his role in the real estate process as that of an advocate and trusted advisor. By arming his clients with complete information and sound guidance, he helps them achieve their goals and forges a lasting relationship. Before the sale, after the sale, or even when a sale was never in the cards, David wants his clients to view him as a friend, resource and counselor in all things real estate.
