Mandy is a native of the area and has a passion for all things real estate. She started her career right out of high school as a real estate agent in 2004. From there Mandy went on to work as a corporate real estate specialist for Xcel Energy in Denver, dealing with high profile commercial and industrial projects covering a multi-state area. From these experiences, Mandy decided to start her own real estate company and move back to the Montrose area in 2010. Mandy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with a concentration in management from Mesa State College (Colorado Mesa University). She previously sat on the Montrose Association of Realtors Board and also was a member of the City of Montrose Planning Commission. Mandy is married to former NFL player Isaac Snell who also is a Realtor at Norris-Snell. They have a son named Colton and a daughter named Reagan. Mandy is also co-owner of Silver Jack, a line of leather products made for women who enjoy the outdoors.
