Colorado native Bob Pennetta and his wife Candy have lived in the North Fork Valley since 1976. Moving from Florida, they raised their two daughters in Hotchkiss and Crawford. For eight years they were part owners of Mesa Crest Fruit Orchard on Rogers Mesa. Bob has coached girls basketball, soccer and little league baseball, while having been in real estate since 1985. For 18 years he and Candy owned Coldwell Banker Colorado Realty, Inc., with offices in Hotchkiss, Paonia and Delta. Over the years, they have consolidated the three offices into one central Hotchkiss location, and in January of 2005 they sold the business to Mike and Marsha Jackson of Paonia. There are now offices in Hotchkiss and Paonia. Bob continues to sell real estate as a broker associate from his office at 116 W. Bridge St. With less time in the roll of broker/owner/manager, he looks forward to focusing on his clients, motorcycling and traveling with his family. Bob has qualified to join the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle which is limited to the top seven percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates world wide. He will not only help you find a property but will also introduce you to the many outstanding aspects of life in Western Colorado.
