A Colorado resident for most of her life, Barb has 19 years of Real Estate experience; 15 years with Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek. She is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and was recognized for her hard work at the 2014 Excellence Awards. Barb holds the National Association of Realtors Official Designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) as well as the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) Designation. She is also the recipient of the 2015 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award from 5280 Magazine. Barb creates consistent results in Denver Real Estate.
Barb specializes in metro area neighborhoods including Cherry Creek, Washington park, Country Club, Uptown, Downtown, Hilltop, Wellshire East, Platt Park and Southern Hills, as well, suburban neighborhoods surrounding Denver. She currently lives south of the metro area in Hillcrest, a Homestead neighborhood and has resided in Denver, The Hills of Cherry Creek, Castle Pines and Deer Creek Canyon in Jefferson County. Barb has extensive experience in selling single family homes, condos and townhomes.
Barb has 2 grown daughters and 4 wonderful grandchildren. Along with time spent with family and friends, Barb loves everything active and outside, especially runs and walks with her beloved Gold Retriever Remy.
