I have been a Realtor in the San Luis Valley since November 2000. I love the process of selling homes and find it very satisfying to help people with all their real estate needs weather buying or selling. I take pride in making sure that the clients on both sides of the transaction are happy.
I was born and raised in the San Luis Valley and have a farming background. This background makes me well versed in the Valleys economy as well as the water regulations. I also love to learn and take many real estate classes to keep me updated on current trends and expand my knowledge of the industry. I just completed the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification.
In my spare time I love to play golf. I am not very good at it but I find it quiets my mind to go out to the golf course and spend time with that frustrating little ball.
