Hi, I am Kerri Karcz. Currently my little
family consisting of myself, my 14 year old son
Tavian, and our exotic mutt Chester, live in Silverthorne.
We love this outdoor adventure rich area and are
thrilled to call this place home. I have been a full time
realtor in Summit County Colorado since 1995, and am very
well connected here.
The abundance of outdoor individual sports you can
do in Colorado is what brought me here. Growing up
in Wisconsin I feel fortunate to have been brought up
with a good work ethic, and that certainly translates
over to my ability to be a great realtor! I am the
epitome of the phrase "work hard, play hard" and it is
a rare occasion that you would find me on a couch
watching TV!
My summer passion is SUP (it stands for Stand Up
Paddle boarding). I am a competitive downriver and
SUP cross paddler for Hala and Evergreen Mountain Sports.
I enjoy how it challenges me - mind and body! In the winter I
can typically be found on snow in the back country climbing
mountains just to be able to ski down.
Both paddleboarding on whitewater and back country skiing
make me very aware of my environment, give me the ability to
react quickly in demanding circumstances, take calculated risks,
reset from the pressures of life and make me a more resilient
person all around!
I believe that life is a journey. I am grateful to be
part of the big decisions people make along their life journey
to buy and sell real estate. It is my goal to create and maintain
relationships so my clients become clients for life. It
comes natural since I love what I do and am able to keep
my clients best interest in mind. I pride myself on
putting people in locations that get them closest to
living their mountain lifestyle in a budget they are
comfortable in. Cheers to all of you and I hope to
