Julia Gross is a 5th generation Colorado native and a 2nd generation REALTOR. She has spent most of her life in Western Colorado; a piece of paradise as she refers to it. Julia has been immersed in the residential building business from a very young age, learning the ropes and various aspects both on-site and behind the scenes. With multi-generational builders, stone masons and excavators in her family, she has deep seated experience with real property.
She graduated top of her class from the University of Northern Colorado, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Following this, she was recruited by Hewlett Packard to work in Sales Strategy. Missing the place she calls home, Julia found her way back to the Western Slope where she began her career in Real Estate.
