I have been a Realtor for the past 21 years and have built my Metro Broker's Office from 5 -45 Agents in 19 years. I own the Metro Brokers at Interlocken Office in Broomfield. My personal company is Metro Brokers/ Moser Real Estate Group. I have a passion for Real Estate and making sure that every transaction is successful.

I work with many buyers from first timers, move up buyers to people trying to downsize their lives. We work together to make sure there is a chemistry between the buyers and the home...it will work for their lifestyle. I negotiate the best possible price and help them through the inspection all the way to closing.

I have been very successful with helping people sell their homes quickly because we don't put them on the market until they're priced right, are in great shape and staged properly. We are currently in a sellers market, and most of my listings are under contract in one day with multiple offers. I have a team of people I work with who paint, clean, do electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to help my sellers get ready to go live on the MLS.

I have 5 Broker Associates in Moser Real Estate Group who work throughout the Denver Market.

I am a Graduate of University of Colorado in Boulder, and have many Advanced Certifications in Real Estate:

When I'm not doing my Real Estate, I love to DANCE!!! (outside at the malls with friends), I love to be with my three grown children and three grand children, cook, entertain, go to garage sales, and do home projects.
