I have been active in Real Estate since 1990, and I joined RE/MAX in 1994. I enjoy doing all types of Real Estate in the Montrose Area and surrounding counties. I have served on the Montrose Board of Realtors as a board member and also as the board chairman. I was chairman of the Ethics and Professional standard committee for over 10 years.
My back ground is in agriculture with a degree in Animal Science, past ranch management jobs and my family has a small registered cattle ranch and host the annual POT of GOLD bull sale here in Montrose.
My favorite types on Real Estate are farms and ranches, mountain properties and recreational properties. However the largest percentage of my transactions are in residential properties and residential properties with small acreages in and around Montrose, Ridgway and Delta.
