Our family relocated to Colorado in 2002 due to getting stationed at Ft Carson. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and real estate, I am able to effectively communicate and negotiate my successful skills in today's market. My satisfied clients have been my best resource for business. I receive referrals and repeat business. I am truly grateful and appreciative of that. Treat others as you would like to be treated is my Motto. I have 3 Adult Children. My Pride and Joy! A daughter who served in the US Airforce and work in Logistics and 2 sons. One who just graduated from College and one in his third year of college. I specialize with First time homebuyers, Military, Seasoned buyers, Sellers, Investors, distressed sales such as foreclosures, New Home Construction, and Anyone seeking real estate services. I have several realtor designations. I am a proud to be an Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR) which focuses on working with buyer clients at every stage of the home buying process. Military Relocation Professional (MRP) who is certified and focuses on working with current and former military service members to find housing that best suits their needs. I have also recently completed my GRI Designation which stands for Graduate Realtor Institute which demonstrates your level of commitment to yourself, your clients, and industry.
