A true Boulder native, Rich grew up living and breathing the Boulder Colorado air and life style his entire life. As a kid he could be seen in Boulder Canyon dangling from cliffs or exploring the deep woods with his dogs. Even today you might spot him doing these same activities, as he is fortunate to have his family still living in the same creek side home. Growing up in nature brought about life passions of skiing, climbing, and hiking. Surrounded by Boulders intellectual, spiritual and cultural scene, Rich has also devoted himself to photography, writing, and playing music. Supported by a family who believed in exposure to cultures outside of yourself, Rich has escaped the beautiful bubble of Boulder, with extensive travels through Europe, Asia, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Canada, and the entire United States. All channels have created a deep interest in understanding communities, individuals, and ones self. A lifetime of active exploring has led to a well rounded, open minded individual, passionate about people and their lives.
Professionally, Rich has devoted 27 years to service related industries and over 15 years to property management, helping individuals and families pursue their own dreams. Richs authentic nature lets him understand who his client is, their wants and needs and gives him the ability to equalize the highs and lows of their moving process. Understanding a clients values makes it possible to minimize moving transitions and create a smooth process. Put simply, you have to know who your client is to give them the best service and help them realize their real estate dreams.
