Laura Gallant grew up in a family filled with real estate professionals--her grandfather was an experienced broker who also taught real estate classes at Santa Monica College, her grandmother was the head of the Escrow department at Union Bank, her mother was an escrow officer for 30 years, her aunt is a real estate agent, and her uncle was a real estate developer. In 1981, following in her familys footsteps, Laura began her own real estate career as a loan processor for commercial and residential real estate in Southern California, working with banks and savings and loans in the Los Angeles Area. In 2016, after moving to Colorado, she obtained her real estate license and now specializes in residential real estate serving out-of-state relocations, first-time homebuyers, and military moves in the Colorado Springs area.
Lauras top priority as a real estate agent is clear communication with her clients and all involved in the transaction. She believes in 100% transparency, giving her clients all the information they need to make educated and confident real estate decisions. The process of buying or selling property can be confusing and intimidating, but clients can trust Laura to fully explain what they need to understand in order to avoid potentially costly mistakes. Whether they are rightsizing to a home that better fits their needs or looking to invest to build their real estate portfolio, clients can rely on Laura to share her knowledge and expertise with them so that they can financially and legally protect themselves when they are buying or selling property.
When shes not helping her clients, Laura pursues her passion for exercise and physical fitness. She spent over 30 years working with 24 Hour Fitness and the YMCA in divisional and regional leadership roles, and 10 years as a dance instructor and performer, as well. She and her husband Shawn, a Level 2 US Speedskating Coach for the Colorado Gold Speed Skating Club, also have the honor of being a US Air Force Academy (USAFA) Cadet sponsor family, providing a home away from home for USAFA Cadets while they attend the academy.
