Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Justin was called to the Vail Valley in 2017 by his passion for the outdoors and a deep remembrance that we are a part of, not separate from, nature. In this community, he has found resonance with the people living among the natural environment and spends time exploring untouched wilderness.
His background in real estate working for a property management firm in Buckhead, Georgia and as the owner and manager of a valet business have afforded him a deep understanding of detail oriented, high-end work, which feeds into his career as a realtor. His exploration of nature as a hiker, trail runner, mountain biker, and skier, has given him the ability to be resourceful and guide himself in unfamiliar terrain.
The two facets together give him a unique perspective as a clear guide for clients through the unfamiliar process of purchasing a home and all the steps involved. There can be 180-200 transactions on the path to closing and to walk through the process with someone for whom surprises are sought out as part of daily life, is an advantage. He holds his clients through the process the same way he holds himself in exploration - with curiosity, resilience, attention to detail, and experiential knowledge.
Justin also brings a fluent knowledge of current digital and social media marketing technologies and channels which support his work. He understands that these technologies are here to support the journey in the real estate market and to share the experiences in the natural world with those in city life who it otherwise may not reach. His work as a photographer supports this melding of the two worlds and affords clients a beautiful anchor to both the Vail community and its surrounding trails.
I look forward to sharing my passion for the Mountains with my clients. I hope to bring the same joyful feeling to my clients that Ive experienced personally living here. To live in such a special area is truly life changing. Sharing that with others, developing life-long memories and friendships is a dream come true for me.
