Denise moved to Boulder County in 1984 and became a Realtor in February of 1995. She worked in the title industry and as a Paralegal before becoming a Realtor. Denise Patryas has been very active in the Boulder Area Realtor Association since becoming a Realtor. She was elected on the Board of Directors in 2004 through 2006. In 2006 and 2007 Denise Patryas served as Vice President of Member Services, she was elected President of the Board in 2008, she was President Elect in 2008, President of the Boulder Area Realtor Association in 2009 and now is Past President in 2010. Denise Patryas has also served on CARHOF Committee as local chair and as Director from 2006 through 2008. She is still actively involved with CARHOF, a non profit organization to help with low income housing. Denise is a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors.
In her free time Denise enjoys spending time helping her local community. Her hobbies included golf, fly fishing, camping, cooking and traveling. She has 2 daughters and 8 beautiful grandchildren.
