Amy B. Cesario, Real Estate Broker at Compass - Denver, arrived at a real estate career from the unusual direction of professional sports management. In 1990 she went to work for the Denver Nuggets, first as a receptionist, then moving into basketball operations during years when the team was being rebuilt into an NBA powerhouse. The Nuggets applied her energy in two pursuits: Marketing, where she helped coordinate special events, and Recruiting, where she assisted in tracking college talent, then in working to resettle newly recruited players to the Denver area. Cesario found she enjoyed the personal dimension of working with families in transition, as well as orienting clients to the Denver area and its neighborhoods. In 2000, Cesario made her move into real estate, first with smaller companies to build her sales skills. After Managing 50 agents, being a Director of the Denver Board of Realtors and serving on the Government Affairs Committee, sent her son off to college took a step back, and spent her free time traveling. Over her two-decade career has consistently worked to obtain a college degree, first through Mesa College, later through the University of Denver. Her focus on education has made her a valuable asset during years when industry changes have required her agents to update their professional knowledge base quickly. That focus will doubtless prove important as our market continues to change.
Amy specializes in condominiums, downsizing, flats, houses, relocation, rowhomes, second homes, townhouses and emptynester transactions.
