Home buying can be scary. Home buying with Jayne Coley in your corner is a lot less scary! Jayne knows the answers to almost all the questions, and when she encounters one she does not know the answer to, she finds it out quickly. Several times throughout the process, when we felt like maybe we couldn't pull it off, she assured us that we could, and that everything that was happening was normal and that we'd get through it. Her communication was prompt and when we were preparing our offer she made suggestions that made our offer look more palatable to the seller while at the same time kept the numbers inside the rails as far as what we could afford.
