Vivia Lawson, Broker-Owner of Sangre de Cristo Real Estate, has lived in the San Luis Valley for 18 years and has practiced real estate for six. Formerly she was a marketing professional in the GIS and Satellite Image Processing field in Denver and Atlanta. Vivias skills include technical, business, and creative abilities, all directed to the sale or purchase of your home or land. She emphasizes service and the betterment of the local community through volunteerism and interests that protect the natural environment of the San Luis Valley. She volunteers in the areas of tourism, economic development, affordable housing, and senior housing. She is also 2019 Chair of the regional REALTOR association, REALTORS of Central Colorado (ROCC). In 2015 Vivia founded Sangre de Cristo Real Estate as an independent brokerage to better serve her rural clientele. Vivia established her brokerage in a highly competitive environment through a commitment to service, careful attention, and community involvement.

Vivia holds a Masters degree in Painting, from Adams State University, and a Bachelors Degree in History from Stanford University.
