Karie began her employment with Canyon View Realty under the previous company name, Pure Country Real Estate, when the company was established in 1996. She had been the office administrator until she obtained her real estate broker license in 2004. While ensuring that the paperwork and technical aspects of the real estate transactions are complete and accurate, she has enjoyed most the client relationships she has made. Karie believes you can do a great service to your clients by truly enjoying your role as their buying or selling real estate agent. Karie specializes in working with buyers and sellers in residential transactions. She is also an investor in local real estate, which provides her up to date knowledge of our investing market. Karie and Robert are part owners of Five Star Homes and Development, a residential home developer and builder. They currently have 3 subdivisions in the planning and approval process. They also run a short term rental on their property north of Fruita, which they find incredibly enjoyable. Karie and her husband Robert have five children and five grandchildren. They enjoy huge get-togethers with their family as well as camping and traveling.
