Brad joined LIV Sothebys International Realty at the end of 2012 and has over $156 million in real estate sales. Prior to joining LIV Sothebys International Realty, Brad was in charge of Sales and Marketing for the real estate at The Ritz-Carlton Club in Bachelor Gulch. After surpassing sales and lead generation goals, Brad left his leadership role to become the Managing Broker and Sales Executive for The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch and Vail properties. During these three years he was ranked the number one sales person in the company while at the same time commuting to Denver to earn his MBA at the University of Colorado. Ever since being with LIV Sothebys International Real Estate Brad constantly averages in the top 3% of all Vail Realtors for the number of transactions done every year and averages in the top 10% for sales volume since 2015. Before focusing on real estate Brad graduated from the University of Denver and worked for the best luxury hotel companies in the world; The Ritz-Carlton, the Four Seasons, The Pebble Beach Company, and the Hong Kong based Peninsula Group. Work took him from the Monterey Peninsula, to Micronesia, Tokyo, and, Chicago. Working internationally Brad knows how important the global network of Sothebys Realty brokers is to his clients success and his business. Coming from the leading global luxury hotel company, it was a no brainer for Brad to align himself with the number one luxury real estate company in the world, Sothebys International Realty. Brads experience in the hospitality industry has ingrained an amazing level of customer service within him. His clients say that Brad goes above and beyond the real estate sale. Originally from Lower Merion, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, Brad now lives in Singletree with his wife and children. In the summer they enjoy camping and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. In the winter his family of skiers tolerates Brads enjoyment of snowboarding.
