Patrick is also a member of the sales team for the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail's top selling property since 2010. His acumen in addressing client needs and providing personalized customer service and attention has quickly made Patrick one of the Vail Valley's most successful young brokers. Prior to joining LIV Sotheby's International Realty, Patrick spent four years as International Communications Manager for Vail Resorts, the leading Ski Resort operator in the world, focused on expansion of the European and Central and South American markets. "Patrick's experience and background in key international markets, along with his bilingual skills and business savvy, have enabled him to quickly transition into real estate sales," said LIV Sotheby's International Realty founder and lead broker for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail, Tye Stockton." Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Patrick earned his BS degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he majored in International Business and Marketing. He is an avid skier, hiker, cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Patrick lives in EagleVail with his wife, Meredith, and son, Walker.
