Tom has a proven track record in luxury project/development marketing. Tom currently leads sales and marketing for the Shadowrock Townhomes, a LEED certified residential development near Basalt. Tom possesses knowledge of all aspects of real estate development including site selection, development rights, design, construction and finance. His breadth of knowledge and comprehensive approach to project sales makes him an invaluable member of any development team.
Tom is a native Minnesotan who was educated at the University of Colorado, Boulder and the University of Minnesota. He has called Colorado home since 1980.
