I have had the privilege of working within many facets of the real estate industry during my career. From this I have derived a valuable understanding and knowledge of real estate from the ground up, including the development stage, the marketing process, and the selling of new, custom and existing homes. The greatest measure of my success is in the satisfaction received in working with and directing the homebuyer and homeowner. Real estate is indeed a people business which I value most.

I began my career in Colorado Springs land development and sales as the in-house broker for David R. Sellon and Co., where I handled sales and marketing for communities such as Broadmoor Hills, Broadmoor Bluffs, Pinecliff, Broadmoor and Mt.Woodmen Estates.

I launched the sales and marketing division for the Peregrine Community, an 1100 acre master-planned community that included residential, office and retail development.
I started the sales and marketing division for The Boulders/Spires Broadmoor development, and subsequently led the project to completion as the General Manager.

I currently work with Broadmoor Bluffs Realty, an integrity-driven real estate brokerage; as well as Solid Rock Custom Homes, an extraordinary home builder; and independently serve local and national buyers and sellers.

I have served on several boards including, but not limited to, Past Board Chair of Silver Key Senior Services, Past President and current board member of Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association, a member of Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and a graduate of CSLI-Colorado Springs Leadership Institute.
