Your Personal Real Estate Consultant! I was born and raised on a Colorado ranch, so I grew up working hard and learned at an early age the value of a dollar. I don't settle for mediocrity and give my clients 100% of my abilities. I worked in a high pressure position as a financial analyst at a fortune 500 company (HP) before starting my own business in real estate. I am in the top 5% of Colo. Realtors in sales volume and am happy to say that I pride myself on having 100% satisfied clients. I guarantee results to my sellers and am an expert at negotiation on behalf of my clients. To further my real estate knowledge I obtained my real estate appraiser's license and also worked as a mortgage broker (both inactive). I dedicate myself to being the best agent in my market and engage daily in studying marketing, buyer behavior, the psychology of sales, real estate statistics, technology in sales, and negotiation techniques. I have numerous certifications (below) and make a point to learn something new everyday. My goal is to 'wow' my clients with awesome results, service and support for life! My results and qualifications speak for themselves, however it is best expressed through my client reviews.
