I am a true native of Colorado Springs, Colorado. I graduated from Mitchell High School in Colorado Springs. I attended Colorado College and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S.B.A. Recently received my Masters Degree in Management. I have been a Realtor and Employing Broker as well as a licensed Loan Officer for a little over 28 years.
I consider myself to be family oriented and my love for animals is unmeasured. I support many foundations in the Colorado Springs area. I love Children as well and since I have none of my own, I take great pleasure in volunteering in the community with several different organizations.
I am the oldest of four children and am fortunate to have a great family and quality lifelong friends. I have had the opportunity to travel all over the world and have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing different cultures and meeting some of the most amazing people. From these experiences my ability to relate to people from all over the world has been greatly enhanced. My favorite subjects in high school were Business Law and Geography. I joined the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) club my senior year and was nominated on student council/cabinet as Secretary of Publicity. My extracurricular activities consist of jogging, walking, playing sand volley ball, hiking, reading, yoga, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends. I played soccer competitively and now enjoy coaching soccer.
Being educated and up-to-date with the latest trends is very important to me and as a result I have sought out and taken a great deal of advanced training classes within my industry. My experience as a business owner has allowed me to achieve higher levels of success in relation to real estate and mortgage lending. The most satisfying part of my career has been strategically helping so many families and individuals successfully obtain the America Dream of purchasing and owning a home. These same strategies apply to individuals and families when selling a home as well. My career reflects hard work, reliability, integrity, professionalism, high ethical practices and standards, commitment, and communication. I guide my clients through the initial financial part of the home buying and selling process as well as educating them on buying and selling real estate. I apply complete dedication with individuals and families in reaching their Real Estate goals.
Something unique about me is that I am a survivor of stage three brain cancer. My Oncologist Dr. Hoyer, gave me a Cancer Free Certificate in March 2016. I was able to defeat this disease through my faith and continued support from family and friends. With a better understanding of this horrid disease, and what I have endured, I was given a second chance to follow my dreams. Through this experience, I am more motivated to achieve higher goals in both my personal and professional life. I approach life challenges with a renewed positive attitude in all of lifes endeavors.
